Thanks Jen (in Michigan). This really merits an explanation. The man on the right is the Governor of our Commonwealth. The man on the left is the uncle of a state representative. We were all at the signing of a $1.275 Billion housing bond bill. The signing was at an affordable housing complex built with just these type of funds. The complex was named after a city counselor who had advocated often for affordable housing. He died suddenly at a very young age. He was the brother of the state representative and nephew of the man on the left.
It was a very moving day in many ways. It was an event that deserved to have bright sunshine and happy people. ~ Allison
