Okay, I don’t want to be a critic, but yawl need to do a sidebar or some sort of pop-up block that tells more about the pictures (location, special circumstances, SPECIAL EQUIPMENT)! See I saw these and thought, okay, cool. Then I got around to reading SMID’s blog where she goes on about pin-hole and crappy cameras and I went WOW! But not everyone looking at this site will necessarily be visiting your blogs for explanations. Come on guys, all galleries have little cards at the side telling about the photographer, equipment used, location, sometimes way more info than needed for me, but hey, I’m not into photography like that. I do, however, appreciate enormously that such great pics coming from crappy cameras mean that it really is the photographer’s brain that I am admiring!
Thanks for the note and feedback. There is a small sidebar explanation with this one today, but perhaps that is not enough? We will confer and consider…~jenn
I didn’t confer, but I did add some links. Okay with you Allison? ~jenn
I love the juxtaposition of the chairs! And the baseball picture made me tired – in a good way. I could feel both the tension of the game and how long away the bases must feel to a runner and those feet in the background look tired to me. But that must just be me this a.m.
I’m thrilled with the results of this challenge! Absolutely lovely! I guess I’ll hold off on selling my kidney to get that fancy camera then… for now, anyway. Really, these are outstanding–truly artistic. Thanks so much for playing along!
Thanks for throwing down the challenge! It was fun. ~jenn
Mmm-hmm. Me too. They are brand new in the school and are being used in the big center gathering hall (called the glass house) for the kids to have a place to sit, chat, eat… or whatever. Cool chairs, cool color. ~jenn
One problem though – the sidebar is half over the pic of the chairs. Maybe it’s just my IE browser.
Hi there! Welcome. Thanks for the comment, the compliment and the feedback. We will look into it. Hehe. No, really we will check out the potential problem there. Thanks for pointing it out! ~jenn

Here from Brillig’s site. I love both pictures!
